Au sein d’une fiduciaire en pleine transformation digitale et active sur plusieurs sites en Wallonie et Bruxelles, vous occupez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement de clients variés. Vous gérez vos dossiers de manière autonome et devenez un partenaire de confiance pour les entrepreneurs que vous conseillez.

Les responsabilités comprennent notamment :

  • Gérer de manière complète et autonome un portefeuille de dossiers.
  • Préparer et analyser les clôtures comptables et les situations intermédiaires.
  • Établir les déclarations fiscales IPP et ISOC, y compris les cas complexes.
  • Conseiller les clients et proposer des optimisations financières et fiscales.
  • Superviser et soutenir les collaborateurs plus juniors.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus internes et à la transformation digitale du cabinet.
  • Jouer un rôle de référent technique et stratégique au sein de l’équipe.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en fiduciaire.
  • Maîtrise de la comptabilité et de la fiscalité des PME.
  • Gestion autonome de dossiers clients.
  • Envie de conseiller, transmettre et faire évoluer les pratiques.
  • Intérêt marqué pour la transformation digitale de la profession.
  • Sens des responsabilités, esprit d’équipe et orientation solutions.
