JOUW ROL Heb jij veel kennis en ervaring in het continu verbeteren van Air-activiteiten en wil je in een dynamische omgeving werken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? In jouw functie als Export Gateway Agent ben je samen met jouw team operationeel verantwoordelijk voor zendingen, het inkopen van capaciteit en het boeken en verwerken van luchtvrachtzendingen. Daarnaast communiceer en informeer je onze interne organisatie op het gebied van de zendingen, voer je status updates door en onderhoud je contact met de verschillende vervoerders. Je bent hierin onderdeel van de Europese Gateway dat het hart van onze Freight Management organisatie is. Je levert daarnaast input aan de Gateway export Manager zodat de benodigde diensten van airlines en/of rederijen tijdig en tegen optimale condities beschikbaar zijn. WAT GA JE DOEN? Als Gateway Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Verwerken en coördineren van internationale luchtvracht-exportzendingen - Boeken van vrachtcapaciteit bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen - Onderhandelen van tarieven bij de luchtvaartmaatschappijen - Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van transportdocumentatie, zoals Air Waybills, manifesten en douanedocumenten - Samenstellen en administratief afhandelen van consolidaties - Plannen van zendingen, ULD's en beschikbare vrachtcapaciteit - Onderhouden van contact met airlines, warehouses, transporteurs en CEVA kantoren wereldwijd - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele afwijkingen - Bijdragen aan een optimale service, kwaliteit en kostenbeheersing - Jezelf binnen het team door ontwikkelen in jouw kennis binnen de internationale luchtvracht WAAR KOM JE TE WERKEN?
