Bouw mee aan World Class Finance voor vijf Europese landen Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen als External Reporting Controller binnen een internationale finance-organisatie waar audit, compliance, technologie en procesoptimalisatie samenkomen? Dan is dit jouw kans. WAT HOUDT DE FUNCTIE IN? Binnen de FINANCEWEST HUB van BESTSELLER ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de externe rapportages en compliance van meerdere Europese entiteiten. Samen met collega's in de HUB zorg je ervoor dat financiële rapportages, belastingaangiftes, audits en controls tijdig, correct en compliant worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast ben jij tijdens de jaarafsluit het aanspreekpunt van de externe accountants en zorg je samen met het finance team voor een efficiënte afronding van de audit. Verder krijg je de ruimte om processen slimmer, efficiënter en meer geautomatiseerd in te richten. Deze rol bevindt zich midden in een internationale omgeving waarin je samenwerkt met lokale finance teams, auditors, Group Reporting en het Deense Tax-team. De landen waar jij de verantwoordelijkheid voor draagt zijn Nederland, België, Luxemburg, Groot-Brittannië en Ierland. Jouw impact gaat verder dan alleen rapporteren. Wij zoeken iemand die kritisch kijkt naar bestaande processen, kansen ziet voor standaardisatie en de lead neemt in automatisering. De functie omvat het initiëren van procesverbeteringen en automatisering en het verbeteren van reconciliatieprocessen. WAT GA JE DOEN?
