Welke rol moet de nieuwe External Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager gaan spelen in de strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie en het finance team? "De nieuwe External Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager slaat de brug tussen complexe accountingregels en de business zelf. Concreet betekent dat: zorgen dat CM.com, als beursgenoteerd bedrijf, altijd juist en tijdig extern rapporteert en dat IFRS-standaarden correct worden toegepast, iets wat voor ons als beursfonds cruciaal is. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de rol is financiële analyse: de cijfers doorgronden en de business begrijpen, zodat je ziet wat ontbreekt, wat afwijkt, of waar een specifieke IFRS-regel om de hoek komt kijken. Daarnaast is de rol nauw verbonden met de modernisering van onze financiële processen, met een sterke focus op AI-gedreven verbeteringen. We werken vanuit ons kantoor in Breda. Elkaar dagelijks treffen en kunnen sparren maakt de samenwerking binnen Finance en de rest van de organisatie sterker en leuker. Het is een positie die zowel structuur biedt - zoals vaste rapportageverplichtingen - als variatie: projectwerk, binnen een centraal georganiseerde Finance-functie die meerdere business units en landen ondersteunt.
