Je borgt en versterkt tijdelijk de financiële controlfunctie, zorgt voor betrouwbare financiële informatie, ondersteunt de planning- en controlcyclus, bewaakt financiële projectkaders en draagt bij aan verdere professionalisering van financiële processen. Als business controller leg je verantwoording af aan de opdrachtgever. Werkzaamheden - Genereren, analyseren en toelichten van financiële rapportages voor management en budgethouders - Bewaken van financiële processen, registraties en gemaakte afspraken - Uitvoeren van financiële projectcontrol op ICT-projecten en uitvoeringsplannen - Bewaken van financiële kaders bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van plannen met een ICT-component - Opstellen en actualiseren van de meerjarenbegroting - Verwerken en onderbouwen van begrotingswijzigingen - Maandelijks afstemmen met finance-collega's van de drie gemeenten over financiële informatievoorziening - Signaleren en realiseren van verbeteringen in financiële processen, rapportages en werkwijzen - Optreden als proceseigenaar of inhoudelijk trekker voor financiële managementprocessen waar dit binnen de opdracht nodig is Beoogde resultaten - Actueel en betrouwbaar inzicht in de financiële situatie - Tijdige en bruikbare financiële rapportages voor sturing en besluitvorming - Grip op de financiële voortgang van ICT-projecten en uitvoeringsplannen - Een goed onderbouwde meerjarenbegroting en correcte verwerking van begro...
