Operator met technisch instinct gezocht! Waar kunststoffen en knappe koppen samenkomen.

Stap binnen in een wereld waar kunststof geen goedkoop bijproduct is, maar het begin van stevige flessen, slimme verpakkingen en producten die wereldwijd in de schappen belanden. Van voeding tot cosmetica en alles daartussen: hier wordt geproduceerd met precisie, tempo en zin voor kwaliteit.

Als operator ben jij een van de motoren achter die productie. Je bedient en bewaakt niet zomaar machines — je kent hun kuren, voelt aan wanneer iets misloopt en grijpt in nog voor het fout loopt. Geen bandwerk, maar een rol waarin inzicht, initiatief en technisch inzicht het verschil maken.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving die al jaren op volle toeren draait, met collega’s die weten wat ze doen, maar altijd openstaan voor verbetering. Elke dag draait om kwaliteit en samenwerking, in een productieomgeving die netjes, veilig en technisch goed uitgerust is.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als operator zorg jij voor de opstart en afsluiting van de extrusielijn
  • Je controleert het proces continu en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit waar nodig
  • Je grijpt in bij afwijkingen, lost technische problemen zelfstandig op en doet preventieve bijsturing
  • Je voert eenvoudige onderhoudswerken uit aan de installatie
  • Samen met je collega's zorg je voor de juiste aanvoer van grondstoffen
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur binnen kunststofverwerking of spuitgieten
  • Een attest of ervaring met een heftruck is nodig
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist, in het kader van veiligheidsinstructies
