Als F&B Allround Supervisor bij Abdij Hotel Rolduc ben je een energieke en gedreven leider die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt op de werkvloer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten keer op keer een buitengewone beleving ervaren, terwijl je tegelijkertijd jouw team motiveert en ontwikkelt. Jouw profiel: - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (Duits en/of Frans is een pré). - Je bent gestructureerd, werkt zeer gedetailleerd en hebt een zakelijke instelling. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een representatief voorkomen. - Brede affiniteit met gastronomie en de hotelbranche, met een internationaal perspectief. - Flexibel, proactief en gastgericht. - Weekend- en feestdagen zijn voor jou geen probleem. - In het bezit van een rijbewijs. - Woonachtig in Limburg (Voorkeur). Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Begeleiden, opleiden en motiveren van medewerkers, met oog voor detail en gastvrijheid. - Voeren van voortgangsgesprekken en ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van het f&b team. - Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en afronden van dagelijkse taken op basis van banqueting sheets en restaurantlijsten. - Waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de service aan de hand van checklijsten. - Verantwoordelijk voor alle HACCP-werkzaamheden, met uitzondering van de keuken. - Leiden van diners, partijen, seminaries en congressen van 2 tot 400 personen.
