Voor een toonaangevend hotel met een brede en gevarieerde doelgroep zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste F&B Supervisor.

Het hotel beschikt over een ruim aanbod aan kamers, verschillende F&B-outlets en uitgebreide banqueting- en eventfaciliteiten. Doorheen de week ligt de focus voornamelijk op de zakelijke gast, terwijl het hotel tijdens weekends en vakantieperiodes ook heel wat families verwelkomt voor een overnachting of een gezellig diner.

De sfeer is hartelijk, toegankelijk en ondernemend, zowel naar gasten als binnen het team. Medewerkers krijgen de nodige vrijheid om hun rol op te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen kunnen beslissingen snel worden genomen en krijgen nieuwe ideeën ook daadwerkelijk de kans om tot resultaat te leiden.

Binnen de ruime F&B afdeling krijg je als F&B Supervisor een gevarieerde en verantwoordelijke rol, met bovendien mogelijkheden om op termijn verder door te groeien.

Als F&B Supervisor ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de verschillende F&B-outlets. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor het team en zorgt ervoor dat elke service vlot, efficiënt en met de nodige aandacht voor gastbeleving verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van het F&B team tijdens de service
  • Verzorgen van de dagelijkse briefing en het verdelen van de werkzaamheden
  • Medewerkers motiveren en coachen en bijdragen aan een positieve teamsfeer
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit van de service en een uitstekende gastenbeleving
  • Opvolgen van administratieve taken zoals stockbeheer, bestellingen, dagomzet en kassabeheer
  • Opvolgen van gastenfeedback en hier actief mee aan de slag gaan
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de F&B werking
  • Samen met de F&B Manager instaan voor evaluatie- en opvolgingsgesprekken met teamleden

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die energie krijgt van mensen, service en een dynamische F&B omgeving.

  • Je hebt relevante operationele ervaring binnen restaurant of F&B
  • Je bent van nature gastvrij en weet deze servicegerichte mindset over te brengen op anderen
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in het aansturen van een team en weet medewerkers te motiveren
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt van een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
  • Je hebt ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen F&B
