Wir das AC Hotel Innsbruck (Teil der internationalen Hotelkette Marriott) hat seit Juli 2018 seine Türen geöffnet.

Das Hotel hat 194 Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf die Tiroler Alpen und liegt in Zentrumslage von Innsbruck. Zum Hotel gehören ein Restaurant, eine Bar Lounge, 4 Bankett- und Konferenzräume bis zu 350 Personen sowie ein Sauna- und Fitnessbereich.

Du liebst es auf höchstes Niveau zu arbeiten und bist erst zufrieden, wenn es auch die Gäste sind, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Wir suchen 1 F&B Supervisor_in Spätschicht Ihre Aufgaben

* wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Service, Küche und Veranstaltungsmanagement

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei Abend-Veranstaltungen

* Die Vorbereitung und Durchführung und Nachbestellung von Veranstaltungen und Events aller Art

* Kontrolle der Warenausgaben

* Handhabung und Pflege des Kassensystems

* Controlling

* Lagerbewirtschaftung

* Kontrolle der Lieferungen

* Durchführung von Inventuren, Bestellungen und Preisvergleiche

* Überwachung der F&B Kosten und Wareneinsätze

* Wareneinkauf

* Mitgestaltung des Dienstplanes

* Vertretung des F&B Managers während Urlaub, Krankenstand etc.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotel- und/oder Restaurantbereich

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Hervorragende Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz

* Höchstes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Kreativität und Zuverlässigkeit

* Ein hohes Maß an Engagement sowie eine strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Sie sind motiviert, flexibel und lieben Abwechslung und Herausforderungen

* Teamorientierter Umgang und effizientes arbeiten

* Fundiertes Fachwissen von Speisen und Getränken

* Sie sind Gast- und Serviceorientiert und haben ein Auge auf Details
