Onze klant is een gevestigde en groeiende speler binnen de voedingsindustrie, met een sterke verankering in de regio Gent. Ze staan bekend om hun kwalitatieve producten, innovatieve aanpak en focus op duurzaamheid en efficiëntie doorheen de volledige keten. Met een combinatie van vakmanschap en moderne technologie bouwen ze dagelijks aan een toekomstgerichte organisatie.

Ter versterking van het IT-team zijn ze op zoek naar een D365 F&O Functional Analyst die mee zijn/haar schouders wil zetten onder de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van het ERP-landschap.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bent de vertrouwde expert en sparringpartner voor de business tijdens de volledige implementatie van D365 F&O (van analyse tot nazorg).
  • Je helpt het ERP-systeem optimaal afstemmen op lokale processen via configuratie en continue verbeteringen.
  • Je bewaakt de centrale ERP-visie, met ruimte voor pragmatische aanpassingen waar nodig.
  • Je vertaalt businessnoden naar slimme, werkbare oplossingen die echt impact maken.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen business, IT en externe partners en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je ondersteunt training en change, en zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers het systeem vlot omarmen.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met Microsoft D365 F&O, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving (functioneel of technisch).
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten en noden, met een gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt ownership en bouwt vertrouwen op bij stakeholders.
  • Je hebt ervaring met end-to-end ERP-implementaties en internationale rollouts.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen business en IT en vertaalt complexe materie naar duidelijke oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert sterk en bent professioneel vlot in Engels (Nederlands is een plus).
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen (tot ±50%), inclusief langere onsite opdrachten.
  • Extra troeven: technische kennis van D365 F&O, ervaring in procesindustrie, kennis van Advanced Warehouse Management en integraties (MES, packaging, weegsystemen). Motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
