Ben jij een gedreven Fabric Data Engineer met een passie voor technische uitdagingen? Wil je meewerken aan de migratie en optimalisatie van een complexe data-architectuur? Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste data-expert die de organisatie helpt om waardevolle inzichten te verkrijgen uit hun gegevens.

Als Data Engineer / BI Analist speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en optimaliseren van de data-architectuur. Je zal onder meer instaan voor:

  • De migratie van het bestaande datawarehouse naar de Microsoft Fabric-omgeving.
  • Het onderhoud en de verdere ontwikkeling van datamodellen in Fabric.
  • Het samenbrengen van datastromen uit de verschillende applicaties binnen het IT-landschap.
  • De ondersteuning bij het opstellen van rapporteringen en het creëren van datagedreven inzichten voor diverse afdelingen.
  • De opbouw en optimalisatie van het gloednieuwe interne rapporteringsportaal.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in development, informatica, business management (met een data-specialisatie) of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt gedegen kennis van: Data visualisatie tools, zoals Tableau en Power BI; Programmeertalen zoals Python en SQL; Microsoft Fabric (pipelines, dataflows, notebooks,...) en Microsoft Foundry; Data modellering en ETL-processen. Een fundamenteel begrip van datawarehousing, dimensionale modellering en ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) is een absolute must.
  • Je bent analytisch, denkt sterk oplossingsgericht en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan vlot zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert net zo goed in teamverband.
