Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort: 1 Fachärztin Facharzt für Innere Medizin (m/w/d) in Kittsee

Unser Kunde ist ein traditionsreiches Krankenhaus im Burgenland, das auf eine lange Geschichte in der medizinischen Versorgung der Region zurückblickt. Derzeit befindet sich das Haus in einem spannenden Wandel - in den kommenden Jahren wird es in ein neues, modernes und zukunftsorientiertes Krankenhaus übersiedeln.

Die derzeitige ärztliche Leitung ist visionär und engagiert, möchte die geplanten Strukturen und modernen Prozesse bereits jetzt aktiv aufbauen und sucht dafür Kolleg:innen, die Freude an Gestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Veränderung haben.

Die internistische Abteilung ist klein, familiär und fachlich breit aufgestellt. Schwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Gastroenterologie, Rheumatologie, , nicht-invasive Kardiologie, Stoffwechselerkrankungen - vor allem Diabetes mellitus - und Pulmologie.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachärztliche Betreuung im Bereich der Inneren Medizin

* Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von medizinischen und organisatorischen Veränderungsprozessen

* Supervision und Ausbildung von Assistenzärzt:innen

* Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Verantwortungsbereiche (z. B. Ausbildung, Dienstplan, Qualität) zu übernehmen

* Teilnahme an Diensten (ca. 4 Nachtdienste pro Monat à 25 Stunden)

Ihr Profil

* Anerkennung als Fachärztin Facharzt für Innere Medizin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Fachgebiet

* Freude an Gestaltung, Prozessverbesserung und aktiver Mitarbeit im Change-Prozess

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Interesse daran, gemeinsam mit der Primaria das Krankenhaus in eine moderne Zukunft zu führen

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Hygieneausbildung oder zusätzliche Spezialisierungen sind von Vorteil

Diese Position richtet sich an Ärztinnen und Ärzte, die Verantwortung übernehmen, Gestaltungsspielraum schätzen und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung einer Abteilung mitwirken möchten.

Attraktives Gehaltspaket:

40-Stunden-Woche: ab € 126.077/Jahr (B2/19, inklusive Marktzulage) 48-Stunden-Woche (inkl. Dienste): ab ca. € 146.000 brutto/Jahr
