Das Department Psychosomatik für Erwachsene am Klinikum Wels-Grieskirchen verbindet somatische und psychotherapeutische Expertise für die umfassende Betreuung psychosomatischer Patient*innen.

Ziel ist eine ganzheitliche Diagnostik und Therapie, bei der körperliche, psychische und soziale Faktoren gleichwertig berücksichtigt werden.

Das Department arbeitet eng interdisziplinär mit den Abteilungen für Innere Medizin, Psychiatrie, Schmerzmedizin, Psychotherapie und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf stationärer, teilstationärer und ambulanter Versorgung sowie der integration von Psychotherapie, medizinischer Diagnostik und rehabilitativen Maßnahmen.

Für die Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine Fachärztin/Facharzt für Innere Medizin oder Psychiatrie und psychotherapeutische Medizin mit Interesse für Psychosomatik (m/w/d), Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und einer wertschätzenden Haltung gegenüber unseren Patient*innen. Gestalten Sie mit uns eine moderne Medizin, die den Menschen in seiner Gesamtheit in den Mittelpunkt stellt. 1 Fachärztin/Facharzt für Innere Medizin oder Psychiatrie und psychotherapeutische Medizin für das Department Psychosomatik für Erwachsene

Standort: Grieskirchen Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit- oder Teilzeit Dienstbeginn: ehestmöglich

Ihre Schwerpunkte:

* Hauptverantwortliche Gruppenführung im stationären Bereich

* Medizinische Fallführung auf Basis eines biopsychosozialen Krankheitsverständnisses (Visiten, Diagnostik, Therapie)

* Aufnahmegespräche

* Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und interdisziplinären Besprechungen

* persönliche und wertschätzende Atmosphäre in einem motivierten, multiprofessionellen Team

Was Sie mitbringen:

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachärztin/zum Facharzt für Innere Medizin oder Psychiatrie und psychotherapeutische Medizin

* Mindestens abgeschlossenes PSY II Diplom oder in Ausbildung zum PSY III Diplom oder Psychotherapieabschluss

* Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

* Interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und Teilnahme an Super- und Intervision

* Bereitschaft zu Rufbereitschaftsdienste am Wochenenden

Gehalt & Benefits

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt - unter der Annahme, dass kein Turnus absolviert wurde - für diese Position auf Vollzeitbasis € 7.009,40 brutto pro Monat beträgt, zuzüglich Sonderzahlungen (13. und 14. Gehalt) und Abgeltung von Überstunden sowie Sonderklassegebühren, abhängig von Ihrer beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
