Die Abteilung für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapeutische Medizin am Klinikum Wels-Grieskirchen bietet das gesamte Spektrum moderner psychiatrischer und psychotherapeutischer Diagnostik und Behandlung.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf einer ganzheitlichen, patientenzentrierten Versorgung unter Einbeziehung biologischer, psychologischer und sozialer Aspekte.

Das Team betreut stationäre, tagesklinische und ambulante Patient*innen mit einer Vielzahl psychiatrischer Erkrankungen - von affektiven Störungen über Psychosen und Suchterkrankungen bis zu Persönlichkeitsstörungen.Neben der klinischen Arbeit legt die Abteilung großen Wert auf interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, Supervision, Fortbildung und wissenschaftliche Entwicklung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir eine Fachärztin/einen Facharzt für Psychiatrie und psychotherapeutische Medizin (m/w/d). 1 Fachärztin/Facharzt für Psychiatrie und psychotherapeutische Medizin Standort: Wels Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit Dienstbeginn: ehestmöglich

Wir bieten Ihnen:

* Höchste Qualität von diagnostischen und therapeutischen Möglichkeiten inkl. EKT und rTMS

* Selbstständige psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutische Betreuung von Patient:innen im stationären, teilstationären und ambulanten Bereich

* Diagnostik, Therapieplanung und Durchführung pharmakologischer sowie psychotherapeutischer Behandlungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit einem multiprofessionellen Team (Pflege, Psychologie, Sozialarbeit, Ergotherapie u. a.)

* Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Besprechungen und Supervisionen

* Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung diagnostischer und therapeutischer Konzepte

* Beschäftigung in Voll- oder Teilzeit

* Familienfreundliche Arbeitszeit

Was Sie mitbringen:

* Fachärztin/Facharzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapeutische Medizin

* Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner psychiatrischer und psychotherapeutischer Methoden

* Hohes Maß an Empathie, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Freude an der Arbeit im multiprofessionellen TeamInteresse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

Gehalt & Benefits

€ 7.009.-

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt - unter der Annahme, dass kein Turnus absolviert wurde - für diese Position auf Vollzeitbasis € 7.009,40 brutto pro Monat beträgt, zuzüglich Sonderzahlungen (13. und 14. Gehalt) und Abgeltung von Diensten und Überstunden sowie Sonderklassegebühren, abhängig von Ihrer beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
