Wir suchen ab 1.10.2026 im Ausmaß von 35 Wochenstunden in Graz eine*n 1 Fach-Sozialbetreuer/in für Behindertenarbeit oder Sozialpädagoge/-pädagogin für inklusive Sozialpädagogik Das Aufgabenfeld: Unterstützend und persönlich

* Du förderst und begleitest Menschen mit hohem und höchstem Unterstützungsbedarf.

* Du übernimmst selbständig Pflegetätigkeiten.

* Deine Haltung: ressourcen- und personenzentriert. Du gehst auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein und sorgst für einen abwechslungsreichen Alltag in der Tagesstruktur, z.B. mit basalen Angeboten oder gemeinsamer Erkundung des Sozialraums.

Dein Profil? Fachlich kompetent und an den Stärken des Menschen orientiert

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung: Fach- oder Diplomsozialbetreuer*in Behindertenarbeit (inkl. Pflegeassistenz) oder Fach- oder Diplomsozialbetreuer*in Behindertenbegleitung (inkl. UBV ist ein Muss).

* Idealerweise verfügst du über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Tagesbegleitung von Menschen mit Behinderung.

* Du hast Interesse an kreativem Arbeiten.

* Erste Erfahrung oder Weiterbildungen zum Thema Unterstützte und Nonverbale Kommunikation kannst du vorweisen.

* Was braucht es noch? Du bist Teamplayer, arbeitest selbständig und eigenverantwortlich und bringst eine Portion Humor und Flexibilität mit.

* Du bringst den Führerschein Klasse B mit.

* Das Mindestgehalt beläuft sich auf 2.966,10 Euro brutto jährlich bei Vollzeitanstellung, inkl. SEG-Zulage (SWÖ-KV Verwendungsgruppe 6). Die Höhe des Gehalts ist abhängig von der facheinschlägigen Berufserfahrung.
