Das Fundament unseres Erfolgs sind unsere Mitarbeitenden - das gilt bei i+R seit mehr als 110 Jahren. Heute beschäftigt die in Vorarlberg beheimatete i+R Unternehmensgruppe rund 1.000 Mit-arbeitende. Als Bauträger und Generalunternehmer sind wir im Wohn-, Industrie- und Gewerbebau zuhause und zählen in der Bodenseeregion zu den Marktführern.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Facharbeiter_in im Hochbau Das erwartet dich

* Du übernimmst die Schalungsarbeiten, Mauerarbeiten und Betonierarbeiten

* Die Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf der Baustelle liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich

* Du koordinierst Aufgaben und Mitarbeiter_innen und liest dabei Pläne wie Architektenpläne, Schalpläne, Statiken sowie Pläne für Elektrik und Installationen

* Du bedienst Messinstrumente und sorgst für die ordnungsgemäße Pflege des Baumaterials und der Baustellenausrüstung

* Dabei unterstützt du den_die Vorarbeiter_in und Polier aktiv und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung während der Bauarbeiten

* Zusätzlich übernimmst du allfällige Tiefbauarbeiten, führst Sanierungsarbeiten durch und kontrollierst den Verbrauch von Materialien, um einen effizienten Ressourceneinsatz zu gewährleisten

Das bringst du mit

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Maurer_in und/oder Hochbauer_in und bringst eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit

* Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die einen wertschätzenden Umgang pflegt

* Du bist teamfähig, flexibel, leistungsbereit und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung

* Idealerweise besitzt du einen PKW-Führerschein

* Eine selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise gehören zu deinen Stärken und runden dein Profil ab
