Für den kontinuierlichen Ausbau unserer palliativmedizinischen Versorgung, die eine enge Vernetzung mit der Region sowie für die medizinische Betreuung unseres zukunftweisenden neuen Projekts suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und empathischen 1 Facharzt/-ärztin (m/w/d) für Palliativmedizin Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihre Highlights bei uns:

* Zukunftsprojekt: Medizinische Leitung, Aufbau und Betreuung des geplanten Tageshospiz Reutte.

* Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Kooperation mit dem mobilen Palliativteam Außerfern (MPT) für eine lückenlose Patientenversorgung

* Klinischer Alltag: Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Palliativpatienten im BKH Reutte sowie Durchführung von Konsiliardiensten.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung (z. B. Allgemeinmedizin, Innere Medizin, Anästhesie o. Ä.) sowie ein gültiges ÖÄK-Diplom Palliativmedizin.

* Fundierte Erfahrung in Schmerztherapie, Symptomkontrolle und sektorenübergreifender Versorgung.

* Pioniergeist und Motivation, ein neues Tageshospiz konzeptionell mitzugestalten.

* Hohe Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an interdisziplinärer Netzwerkarbeit.

* Teamorientierter Arbeitsstil und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Patienten, Angehöringen und dem interdisziplinären Team
