Als Mitarbeiter:in der ASSIST gGmbH unterstützen Sie die Bewohner:innen unseres neu eröffneten Wohnprojekts in Amstetten.

Mit der Eröffnung der Wohngemeinschaft im Herbst/ Winter 2026 suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter:innen - nutzen Sie die Gelegenheit, ein innovatives Projekt mitzugestalten, kreative neue Wege zu erarbeiten und Strukturen unter fachlicher Anleitung völlig neu zu denken:

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst

º Ganzheitliche Betreuung von jungen Menschen mit vorwiegend körperlichen Einschränkungen im Wohnbereich

º Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen bei Planung und Umsetzung ihrer persönlichen und sozialen Zielen

º Hilfsstellungen im Rahmen von hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten, der Körperhygiene genauso wie individueller Freizeitgestaltung und professionelle Beziehungsgestaltung (Bezugsbetreuersystem)

º Kooperation mit Angehörigen, Tagesstrukturen, Erwachsenenvertretungen und weiteren Anlaufstellen

º Fachgerechte Dokumentation, Bedarfserhebung sowie individuelle Zielarbeit laut dem Konzept der ASSIST gGmbH

Unsere fachlichen Anforderungen an Sie

º Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im sozial- oder behindertenpädagogischen Bereich

º Ganzheitlicher und wertschätzender Zugang zum Tätigkeitsfeld

º Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Humor sowie Zuverlässigkeit

º Bereitschaft für Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Nachtdienste (Zuschläge laut SWÖ KV)

º Von Vorteil: absolvierter 16 Stunden-Erste-Hilfe-Kurs (nicht älter als 4 Jahre) und Führerschein B

º Bruttogehalt für 30 Wochenstunden mindestens €2265,81,- (Gehalt entspricht der untersten Stufe bei Berufseinstieg; entsprechende Vordienstzeiten und Zuschläge werden angerechnet).

º Hoher Gestaltungsspielraum in der täglichen Arbeit

º Außergewöhnlich gute infrastrukturelle Anbindung (1min Gehweg zum Bahnhof, 5min zur Innenstadt von Amstetten)

º Geregelte Arbeitszeiten

º Regelmäßige Teambesprechungen, Fort- und Weiterbildungen sowie Fall- und Teamsupervisionen
