Jugend am Werk unterstützt und begleitet Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu Selbstbestimmung, Selbstverantwortung und Teilhabe an der Gesellschaft.

Ihr zukünftiger Arbeitsplatz

In der Tagesstruktur ALPHA sind etwa 120 Menschen mit Lernschwierigkeiten und Behinderung in 11 Gruppen beschäftigt und werden individuell, nach ihren Fähigkeiten und Bedürfnissen, gefördert.

Das Arbeitsangebot umfasst verschiedene Berufsfelder und Schwerpunkte:

* Einsteiger:innengruppe für junge Menschen am Übergang Schule-Beruf

* Gruppe für Personen, die ein kleineres, ruhigeres Setting benötigen

* Kreativarbeit

* Reinigungsarbeit

* Fertigungs- und Montagearbeiten

* Küche/Gastrogruppe

* Metallbearbeitung und Fahrradreparatur und -service

* Holzarbeit/Tischlerei

* Garten- und Grünflächenbetreuung

* Logistik- und Versandarbeiten in einem Partnerbetrieb in NÖ 1 Fachkraft für Lerntraining und Musikförderung als Krankenstandsvertretung in TS Alpha, 1220 Wien

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben

Förderung von Menschen mit Lernschwierigkeiten/Behinderung durch Lerntraining, Workshops und musikalisch-rhythmische Angebote:

* Vermittlung von Basiswissen (lesen/rechnen/schreiben) in Kleingruppen sowie bei Bedarf Wissensvermittlung zu div. Themen

* Workshops im Bereich lebenspraktischer und sozialer Kompetenzen (Umgang mit Konflikten, Nähe/Distanz, Erste Hilfe, ...)

* Elementares musikpädagogisches Angebot (Gesang, Trommeln, Tanz, Rhythmik, ...)

* Individuelle Einzelförderung bei Bedarf

* Unterstützung der Selbstvertretung (Haus- und Gruppensprecher:innen)

* (Mit-) Gestaltung von Festen: mit Teilnehmer:innen singen, kleine Theateraufführungen einstudieren und aufführen, Unterstützung von Teilnehmer:innen beim Schreiben von Reden, Geschichten, etc

Sie bringen mit

* Pädagogische Ausbildung

* Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Lernen/Musik

* Sie können auf einem Instrument Gesang begleiten (zB Gitarre, Klavier spielen)

* Erfahrung und Sensibilität in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und Menschen mit Lernschwierigkeiten/Behinderung

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität und Fähigkeit auf individuelle Bedürfnisse einzugehen

* Bereitschaft in Gruppen zu vertreten
