Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Fachkraft Produktion (m/w/d) - Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik / Prozesstechnik Du hast Freude an Technik, arbeitest gerne im Team und möchtest aktiv an der Herstellung innovativer Produkte mitwirken? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen engagierte Produktionsfachkräfte, die mit Sorgfalt und technischem Verständnis unsere Fertigung unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben

· Mitarbeit bei der Produktion moderner Komponenten für die Elektromobilität und andere Zukunftstechnologien

· Bedienung, Überwachung und Rüsten von Fertigungsanlagen und Maschinen

· Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs durch eigenständiges Erkennen und Melden von Störungen

· Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen nach Vorgabe und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse

· Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen durch deine Ideen und Vorschläge

· Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen

Dein Profil

· Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Prozesstechnik oder vergleichbar)

· Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

· Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

· Profunde Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Lohn
