Die Leistung Mobile Betreuung und Hilfe dient der Unterstützung von Menschen mit psychosozialem Unterstützungsbedarf im eigenen Wohnumfeld. Das Spektrum der Unterstützungsleistung reicht von der Alltagsbewältigung über Freizeitgestaltung bis hin zur Krisenbegleitung und bietet daher ein Aufgabengebiet mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum. Die Begleitung orientiert sich nach dem individuellen Bedarf. Die regelmäßigen Teambesprechungen bilden die Möglichkeit eines Austausches sowie Erfahrungen zu teilen. Im Übergangswohnen bieten wir Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen einen zeitlich befristeten Wohnplatz und unterstützen bei der Stabilisierung und Entwicklung neuer Zukunftsperspektiven.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Fachsozialbetreuer_in ab sofort für 20 Stunden/Woche für die Mobile Betreuung und Hilfe & das Übergangswohnen K5 Linz

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

* Alltagsbegleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen

* Unterstützung und Anleitung bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens

* Pflegerische Tätigkeiten und Betreuung lt. GuKG

* Beziehungsarbeit und Umgang mit Krisen gemäß Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Fachsozialbetreuer*in Behinderten- oder Altenarbeit o.Ä.

* Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten

* Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen

* Teamfähigkeit und Humor

* Flexibilität und Reflexionsfähigkeit

* IT-Kenntnisse, Führerschein B

Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe 6 (laut SWÖ-KV)

Mindestentgelt brutto € 2.978,47 für 37 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) inkl. SEG-Zulage

Berufserfahrung wird zusätzlich angerechnet
