Alten- Und Pflegeheim FraDomo Rainbach

Auf drei komfortabel gestalteten Wohnbereichen mitten im Grünen widmen wir uns im FraDomo Rainbach neben der professionellen und diskreten Pflege, der individuellen Begleitung der Bewohner:innen. Durch die Schaffung eines alltagsnahen, lebensweltorientierten sowie vertrauten Umfeldes ermöglichen wir 80 Bewohner:innen ein autonom geführtes und alltagsnahes Leben zu führen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams freuen wir uns auf 1 Fachsozialbetreuer:in Altenarbeit (FSB"A") Pflege und Wohnen / Rainbach / Vollzeit, Teilzeit

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Begleitung der Bewohner in allen Lebenswelten mit dem Ziel ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben zu führen

* Psychosoziale Begleitung der Bewohner und ihrer Angehörigen

* Durchführung ganzheitlicher Betreuung und Pflege gem. GuKG (PA) und Oö SBG, die sich an den individuellen Wünschen der Bewohner orientiert

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum_zur Fachsozialbetreuer Altenarbeit (gemäß § 16 Oö. Sozialberufegesetz)

* Sie sind teamorientiert und arbeiten gerne verantwortungsbewusst

* Wir freuen uns über Bewerber, die sich mit ihren Ideen und ihrem Können in unseren Betrieb einbringen, um eine optimale Versorgung unserer Bewohner sicherzustellen

* Ein jährliches Bruttogehalt bei 40 Wochenstunden ab € 42.938,60 (abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten) zzgl. € 2.000,00 Pflegebonus jährlich, zzgl. variabler Zulagen
