Seit 45 Jahren begleitet der Standort Kaisergasse im Zentrum von Linz Menschen mit psychosozialem Unterstützungsbedarf in verschiedenen Leistungsbereichen. Dazu zählen Übergangswohnen, mobile Betreuung und Hilfe sowie teilbetreutes Wohnen. Das Übergangswohnen Kaisergasse bietet eine wertschätzende Atmosphäre in einem charmanten Umfeld mitten in Linz und unterstützt Menschen dabei, Stabilität, Orientierung und neue Perspektiven für ihren Alltag zu entwickeln.

Für die Unterstützung bei der alltäglichen Lebensführung suchen wir 1 Fachsozialbetreuer_in ab sofort für den Standort Übergangswohnen Kaisergasse Linz für 25 Stunden/Woche

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

* Unterstützung bei der alltäglichen Lebensführung

* Pflege und Betreuung lt. GuKG

* Mitarbeit im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich

* Erstellen von individuellen Zielplänen und Förderkonzepten

* Umgang mit Krisen gemäß Qualifikation

Womit Sie uns begeistern können:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Fachsozialbetreuer*in Alten-/Behindertenarbeit o.Ä. - sowie Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister als Pflegeassistent*in

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen und älteren Menschen erwünscht

* Hohes Maß an Selbstreflexion

* IT-Kenntnisse und Führerschein B

Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe 6 (laut SWÖ-KV)

Mindestentgelt brutto € 2.978,47 für 37 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) inkl. SEG-Zulage,

Berufserfahrung wird zusätzlich angerechnet
