pro mente OÖ, Gesellschaft für psychische und soziale Gesundheit, arbeitet seit über 60 Jahren in der psychosozialen Versorgung. Wir sind ein überkonfessioneller und überparteilicher Verein, der sich für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen einsetzt. An 180 Standorten in ganz Oberösterreich unterstützt pro mente OÖ Menschen mit psychosozialen Problemen und beschäftigt insgesamt rund 1.500 Mitarbeiter*innen.

Die mobile Betreuung und Hilfe von pro mente OÖ versorgt Menschen mit psychosozialem Unterstützungsbedarf in ihrem eigenen Wohnumfeld im Bezirk Schärding. Das Aufgabengebiet bietet großen Gestaltungsspielraum und reicht von Alltagsbewältigung über Freizeitgestaltung bis hin zur Krisenbegleitung. Die Betreuung orientiert sich am individuellen Bedarf des Menschen und fördert eine möglichst selbständige Lebensführung.

Wir suchen ein/e 1 Fachsozialbetreuer*in (m/w/d)

für die Mobile Betreuung und Hilfe Schärding ab sofort für 20-34 Stunden/Woche, Krankenstandsvertretung

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

* Begleitung und Betreuung der Klient*innen im Rahmen der Mobilen Betreuung und Hilfe (MBH)

* Unterstützung und Anleitung bei Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens

* Kooperation mit Netzwerkpartnern

* Beziehungsarbeit und Umgang mit Krisen gemäß der Qualifikation

* Erarbeiten von Ziel- und Krisenplänen

* Dokumentation laut Leitlinie der pro mente OÖ

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachsozialbetreuer*in Behindertenarbeit, Sozialpädagog*innen o.Ä.

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen erwünscht

* Flexibilität, gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke

* Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten

* Freude an der Arbeit im Team und Humor

* IT-Kenntnisse, Führerschein B

Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe 6 (laut SWÖ-KV)

Mindestentgelt brutto € 2.978,47 für 37 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) inkl. SEG-Zulage

Berufserfahrung wird zusätzlich angerechnet
