Als facilitair coördinator lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van het team. Als facilitair coördinator krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid voor facilitaire processen op meerdere locaties in Noord-Nederland, stuur je een team aan én beheer je het Spacewell reserveringssysteem. Je werkt zelfstandig, hebt veel afwisseling en bouwt aan je leiderschapskwaliteiten. Je ontvangt een goed salaris, leaseauto en volop ontwikkelkansen. Over de functie Als facilitair coördinator ben jij hét aanspreekpunt op locaties in Zwolle en Groningen. Jij zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van het aansturen van je facilitaire team tot het naleven van de gemaakte afspraken met de klant. Je bent scherp op het budget, controleert facturen en maakt rapportages. Tegelijkertijd ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reserveringssysteem Spacewell. Je test en implementeert nieuwe functies, traint gebruikers en zorgt dat alles soepel werkt. Als facilitair coördinator heb je veel contact met collega's van de receptie, kantooretages, meetingruimtes en externe partners. De uitdaging? Je bent continu aan het schakelen tussen locaties, systemen en mensen. Dit vraagt om een praktische instelling en sterke communicatie.
