Wir suchen 1 Facility Management Spezialist*in mit Schwerpunkt Sicherheits- und Zutrittssysteme Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Administration sämtlicher übertragener Schließ- und Zutrittssysteme im Unternehmen

* Pflege und Verwaltung der Zutrittsrechte für Standorte der LINZ AG

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepten gemäß den Anforderungen des NIS-G und RKEG

* Erstellung von Schließplänen und Zutrittsgruppen sowie Projektierung und Einbau von Schließanlagen

* Analyse und Berichterstellung rund um Zutrittsberechtigungen, um eine kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Optimierung zu gewährleisten

* Verantwortung für die Organisation und Steuerung der Reinigungsdienstleistungen an den LINZ AG-Standorten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Facility Management (Lehrabschluss oder höher)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management mit Schwerpunkt auf elektronische Sicherheits- und Zutrittssysteme (z. B. Winkhaus)

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Managementsystemen sowie strukturierter Dokumentation und Prozesssteuerung wünschenswert

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen Facility-Management-Tools

* Professionelles und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und organisatorisches Geschick

* Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
