Facility & utility coördinator

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Facility Coördinator Elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer, de planning en de opvolging van elektrische installaties binnen onze sites. Je combineert een grondige technische kennis van elektriciteit met de coördinatie en opvolging van externe aannemers. Zo zorg je ervoor dat installaties veilig, conform de regelgeving en bedrijfszeker functioneren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitwerken, interpreteren en aanpassen van elektrische schema's in EPLAN.
  • Uitvoeren van kabelberekeningen (dimensionering, kortsluitberekeningen en selectiviteit).
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij nieuwe installaties, uitbreidingen en modificaties.
  • Begeleiden en opvolgen van elektrische keuringen (AREI): voorbereiden van dossiers, fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor keuringsinstanties en opvolgen van opmerkingen en verbeteracties.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van externe aannemers: dagelijkse aansturing en toezicht op werkzaamheden, fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt en opvolgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van facility- en energie-installaties.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, afwijkingen en verbetermogelijkheden.

PROFIEL

  • Je genoot een opleiding industriële elektriciteit of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Sterke kennis van elektrische installaties (laagspanning – middenspanning is een plus).
  • Ervaring met EPLAN is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met kabelberekeningen en technische documentatie.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van AREI en elektrische keuringen.
  • Praktisch ingesteld, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands (Frans/Engels is een plus)
