DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS:

* Auftragsannahme und -bearbeitung

* Service und Reparatur von Fahrrädern und E-Bikes

* Montage von Fahrradteilen und -zubehör

* Diagnose und Behebung von Fehlern an E-Bike-Elektroantrieben

* Abwicklung von Garantie- und Gewährleistungsfällen

* Endmontage und Komplettierung von Neurädern

* Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kund:innen im Ersatzteil- und Zubehörverkauf

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zweiradmechatroniker:in, Fahrradtechniker:in oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation (Quereinsteiger:innen mit handwerklichem Geschick willkommen)

* Technisches Verständnis, besonders im Bereich E-Bike-Antriebe

* Freude am Kontakt mit Kund:innen und an der Beratung

* Sorgfältige, eigenständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
