Die Soziale Initiative gGmbH setzt sich im Auftrag der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe sowie des Sozialministeriumsservice mit Zuversicht, Tatkraft und positiver Ausrichtung dafür ein, unsere vielfältigen sozialpädagogischen Arbeitsfelder positiv zu gestalten - getragen von gelebter Vielfalt und Chancengleichheit.

Gemeinsam Familien stärken - wir suchen dich als 1 Fallanleitung für unsere Familiäre Bereitschaftspflege (30 Wochenstunden mit Option auf Vollzeit) in Linz

In der Familiären Bereitschaftspflege wohnen Kinder in akuten Krisensituationen vorübergehend bei Bereitschaftsfamilien und werden dort betreut. Als Fallanleiter:in begleitest und unterstützt du die Mitarbeiterinnen und die Familien, koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit auf Helferebene und bist die direkte Ansprechperson der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. Diese Stelle bietet auch die Option auf Übernahme von Leitungstätigkeiten.

Gestalte mit - deine Mission bei uns:

Fallführung und Prozessverantwortung

fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung der Bereitschaftsfamilie (u.a. auch Hausbesuche)

Vorbereitung und Moderation von Fach- und Hilfeplangesprächen (KJH-Gespräche, Familien-konferenzen, etc.)

Verfassung von Protokollen und Berichten

Verantwortung über Clearingprozesse und Berichtswesen

systemisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Handeln zu deinen Stärken zählen

Erfahrung in der fachlichen und wirtschaftlichen Begleitung sozialpädagogischer Mitarbeiter:innen vorhanden ist

Flexibilität und Mobilität für regelmäßige Hausbesuche in Oberösterreich mitgebracht werden

Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten im Kontakt mit Behörden selbstverständlich sind

Für dein Engagement bieten wir eine faire Vergütung nach SWÖ-KV Verw. Gr. 8 (mind. € 3.348,90 brutto bei 37 Wochenstunden) zzgl. Zulagen und Sozialleistungen.
