Zum Formalen: Die arbeitsrechtliche Grundlage für das Dienstverhältnis bildet neben den verschiedenen Gesetzgebungen der Kollektivvertrag Handel Angestellte oder Arbeiter_innen in der aktuell gültigen Form. Die effektive Höhe der Entlohnung hängt von Eignung und Vorkenntnissen bzw. Fähigkeiten ab. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Farben-Fachverkäufer_in beträgt 2.251,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
