Feinkost Stocker ist ein traditionsreiches Familienunternehmen im Herzen von Salzburg (Altstadt & Nonntal) und ein wichtiger Nahversorger in der Innenstadt. Seit über 120 Jahren stehen wir für höchste Qualität. In unserer Küche zaubern wir selbstgemachte Hausmannskost auf Basis heimischer und italienischer Lebensmittel, die unsere Kunden direkt in unserem gemütlichen Standort in Nonntal genießen können.

Für unser Team suchen wir eine zuverlässige, freundliche und motivierte Persönlichkeit, die mit uns wachsen möchte! 1 Feinkost-Fachverkäufer (m/w/d) mit Aufstieg zur Filialleitung in Vollzeit mit 40 Wochenstunden.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

- Attraktive Arbeitszeiten: Eine geregelte 5-Tage-Woche von Montag bis Freitag (Öffnungszeiten: 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr).

- Freies Wochenende: Kein Wochenenddienst, kein Dienst an Feiertagen!

- Faires Gehalt: Ein Nettolohn von € 2.251,00 netto (eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gerne möglich).

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Fachkundige Beratung und herzliche Betreuung unserer Kund_innnen

- Ansprechende Präsentation unserer hochwertigen Feinkost-Spezialitäten und der frisch zubereiteten Hausmannskost.

- Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP).

- Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung mit dem Ziel, die Filialleitung zu übernehmen.

Das bringen Sie mit:

- Persönlichkeit: Sie sind zuverlässig, freundlich, ehrlich und arbeiten gerne sauber und genau.

- Erfahrung: Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, der Gastronomie oder im Feinkostbereich

(Quereinsteiger mit Leidenschaft für gute Lebensmittel sind ebenfalls willkommen!).

Ambition:

Sie haben Lust darauf, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den nächsten Karriereschritt zur Filialleitung zu gehen.

Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für den täglichen Kund_innenkontakt.
