Möglicher Arbeitstag

Als Manufacturing Engineer - Quality bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Fertigung, Qualität und Entwicklung. In einem modernen Produktionsumfeld mit hochpräzisen Fertigungsprozessen und modernsten Maschinen stellst du sicher, dass unsere Qualitätsanforderungen zuverlässig erfüllt werden. Nach der Abstimmung mit den Fertigungsbereichen wertest du Messergebnisse in unserer QM-Software aus, betreust 3D-Messmaschinen und führst Serienmessungen sowie die Abnahme von Neuteilen durch.

Gemeinsam mit deinem Vorgesetzten analysierst du die IST-Prozesse und identifizierst Potenziale für Verbesserungen auf Basis von Mess- und Qualitätsdaten.

Darüber hinaus bewertest du Maschinen- und Messmittelfähigkeiten und unterstützt bei der Fehlereingrenzung. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen identifizierst du Verbesserungspotenziale, treibst Qualitätsverbesserungsprojekte voran und arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Mess- und Prüfprozesse. Dabei leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherstellung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Qualitätsstandards.

Profil

* Facharbeiter Metalltechnik/Zerspannungstechnik oder adäquate Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung

* CNC-Programmierkenntnisse

* Ausbildungen im Bereich QM und/oder statistische Prozesskontrolle von Vorteil

* Qualitätsorientiertes Arbeiten
