Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und engagierte Fertigungshilfskraft (m/w/d) für den Bereich CNC-Dreh- und Fräsbearbeitung. 1 Fertigungshilfskraft (m/w/d) Produktion / CNC-Fertigung Deine Aufgaben

* Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen

* Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Präzisionsbauteilen

* Fertigung nach Arbeitsunterlagen, technischen Zeichnungen und Vorgaben

* Einspannen, Ausrichten und Vermessen von Werkstücken

* Kontrolle von Werkzeugen, Spannmitteln und Betriebsmitteln

* Durchführung von Zwischen- und Endkontrollen, insbesondere Maß- und Sichtprüfungen

* Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen und Rückmeldung zu Fertigungsaufträgen

* Erkennen und Melden von Qualitätsabweichungen, Störungen oder Werkzeugverschleiß

* Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Maschinen

* Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Fertigungsprozesse

* Mitarbeit bei Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Prozessoptimierungen

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz nach den 5S-Grundsätzen

* Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben

Das bringst du mit

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der Arbeit in einem Produktionsbetrieb

* Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen

* Kenntnisse im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Toleranzen

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Mess- und Prüfmitteln

* Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft, sich aktiv in Produktionsabläufe einzubringen

Von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, Metallbearbeitung oder CNC-Fertigung

* Erfahrung mit Dreh- und Frästeilen

* Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung

* Erfahrung mit kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) und 5S

Deine Tätigkeit bei uns

Du unterstützt unser Produktionsteam bei der Herstellung, Bearbeitung und Veredelung hochwertiger Präzisionsbauteile. Dabei arbeitest du nach klar definierten Fertigungs- und Qualitätsvorgaben und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Produkte qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerecht gefertigt werden.

Qualität und Sicherheit haben für uns einen hohen Stellenwert. Unsere Produktionsprozesse orientieren sich an den Anforderungen unseres Managementsystems nach EN 9100 und ISO 9001.

Wir suchen eine Person, die gerne praktisch arbeitet, technisches Verständnis mitbringt und Wert auf Qualität, Genauigkeit und einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf legt.
