- Als gedreven kantoorverantwoordelijke is het jouw ambitie om samen met jouw team van klantenadviseurs de portefeuille van het kantoor (pro)actief uit te breiden. - Wat met onze klanttevredenheid? -> TOPprioriteit! Klanten tevreden stellen is voor jou en jouw team van adviseurs vanzelfsprekend. Je werkt dan ook nauw met hen samen om kwalitatief advies te garanderen en ervoor te zorgen dat commerciële opportuniteiten met beide handen worden gegrepen. - Je werkt inspirerend en motiverend naar je collega's toe door maximaal in te zetten op klantencontacten met een klantgerichte mindset - Je krijgt de kans om het gezicht van Ethias te zijn binnen jouw regio en je doet er alles aan om Ethias verder op de kaart te zetten. - Betreft het management en adviseren van klanten? -> Jawel ! Je coacht, stimuleert en motiveert jouw team van medewerkers om de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve doelstellingen te bereiken zonder daarbij de rentabiliteit en de beheersing van de risico’s uit het oog te verliezen. - Dit doe je door op regelmatige basis feedback te geven en teammeetings te organiseren om op deze manier in te zetten op individuele groei en groei als team! - Tot slot sta je op zeer regelmatige basis in contact met jouw ClusterManager. Hij/zij is jouw sparringpartner om samen nieuwe ideeën te implementeren om de dagelijkse werking en de commerciële resultaten van het kantoor te optimaliseren
