Locatie: Ede. Voor deze organisatie in de regio Ede zijn we op zoek naar een Field Service Engineer die graag internationaal wil werken. Dit bedrijf is wereldmarktleider op het gebied van het produceren van sorteer-, handling- en verpakkingsmachines. Geavanceerde hoogwaardige machines worden volledig in eigen beheer ontworpen, ontwikkeld en geïnstalleerd bij klanten over de gehele wereld. Het doel is om wereldwijde oplossingen te bieden en tegelijkertijd dicht bij de klant te staan. Kenmerkend voor deze organisatie is het verlenen van service aan hun klanten en het continu verbeteren en innoveren van hun machines. De service wordt verleend vanuit het technische trainingscentrum en de ontwikkeling vindt plaats op de moderne R&D-afdeling. Er wordt in deze bedrijfsonderdelen veel geïnvesteerd; ze staan centraal en de medewerkers binnen dit bedrijf zijn hier enorm trots op. Hierdoor hebben de technici binnen dit bedrijf de mogelijkheid om totaaloplossingen te ontwikkelen die naadloos aansluiten bij de wensen en behoeften van hun klanten. In de functie van Field Service Engineer is het belangrijk dat jij een sterk analytisch vermogen en technische kennis hebt in het oplossen van storingen en onderhoud aan de machines van de klant. Naast het oplossen van problemen aan machines ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het trainen en adviseren van klanten op het gebied van onderhoud. Als Field Service Engineer krijg je een auto van de zaak, wat je ondersteunt bij het efficiënt en flexibel uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden op locatie.
