Aufgrund des starken und stetigen Wachstums suchen wir für unser humorvolles Beratungsteam, ambitionierte 1 Field Service Engineer für E-Mobility (m/w/d) Für unseren Kunden, ein international erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und E-Mobilität, suchen wir einen technisch versierten Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) für den Bereich EV-Ladeinfrastruktur.

In dieser Position betreust du Ladestationen sowohl remote als auch direkt vor Ort beim Kunden und bist Ansprechpartner bei technischen Fragestellungen, Inbetriebnahmen und Störungen.

Aufgaben

* Überwachung und technische Betreuung von EV-Ladestationen

* Remote-Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen

* Durchführung und Koordination von Inbetriebnahmen

* Technischer Support für Kunden, Elektriker und Installationspartner

* Integration und Konfiguration von Ladestationen in bestehende Kunden- und Netzwerksysteme

* Fehlersuche an elektrischen, elektronischen und kommunikationstechnischen Komponenten

* Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen und Austausch defekter Komponenten vor Ort

* Dokumentation von Störungen und wiederkehrenden Qualitätsproblemen

* Pflege von Kunden-, Service- und Fehlerdaten

* Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Produkt-, Entwicklungs- und Serviceteams

Anforderungen

* Technische Ausbildung bzw. praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Fehlersuche an elektrischen und elektronischen Systemen

* Kenntnisse im Bereich TCP/IP und Netzwerktechnik

* Erfahrung mit OCPP und Modbus-TCP von Vorteil

* Fähigkeit, elektrische Schalt- und Einliniendiagramme zu lesen

* Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel

* Linux-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt

* Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau, Deutschkenntnisse von großem Vorteil

* Wohnsitz in Österreich sowie Bereitschaft zu einer Reisetätigkeit von bis zu 60 %

* Gültige Arbeitsberechtigung für Österreich

Für diese Position ist ein All-in-Gehalt von ab EUR 4.285,71 brutto pro Monat vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Einstufung innerhalb dieser Bandbreite erfolgt abhängig von Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
