Voor een dienstverlener gespecialiseerd in preventie en bestrijding van ongedierte zijn wij op zoek naar een Service Technieker voor de regio Brussel. In deze functie vol afwisseling combineer je technische expertise, klantencontact en probleemoplossend denken. Je bent dagelijks onderweg naar klanten en helpt hen bij het voorkomen en beheersen van ongedierteproblemen op een professionele manier.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Medewerker Pest Control ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inspecteren, analyseren en opvolgen van ongediertesituaties bij klanten. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Bezoeken van klanten volgens een dagplanning en efficiënt organiseren van je werk in overleg met klanten, planners en collega’s
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties en risicoanalyses rond knaagdieren en insecten en bepalen van de meest geschikte aanpak
  • Uitvoeren van preventieve maatregelen en, waar nodig, bestrijdingsacties
  • Controleren en onderhouden van lokaasstations, vliegenvangers en monitoringssystemen en bijhouden van de bijhorende plannen
  • Rapporteren van bevindingen, uitgevoerde acties en adviezen via het digitale registratiesysteem
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en afstemmen met collega’s bij complexere situaties
