Voor onze vestiging in Oud Gastel zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega voor 32 uur per week. Wie zijn wij: Wij zijn een organisatie die zich bezighoudt met het verkleinen van de afvalberg door nog herbruikbare goederen een tweede leven te geven en mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt te helpen deze afstand te verkleinen of te overbruggen. Stichting De Kringloper is een sociale, circulaire en ondernemende organisatie met 300 medewerkers, 4 winkels, 4 kledingbanken en 2 Ambachtscentra. Stichting De Kringloper zet zich al meer dan 40 jaar in voor mens én milieu. Wie ben jij: Als fietsenmaker geef jij tweedehands fietsen een tweede leven. Je zorgt ervoor dat fietsen vakkundig worden opgeknapt en weer veilig en betrouwbaar de weg op kunnen. Je hebt technisch inzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en kunt goed zelfstandig je werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om samen te werken en kennis te delen. In onze werkplaats werk je samen met deelnemers vanuit verschillende maatschappelijke instanties. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat fietsen worden hergebruikt én dat deelnemers de kans krijgen om te leren, werkervaring op te doen en mee te doen. De opgeknapte fietsen krijgen onder andere via Stichting Leergeld, Werkplein, ISD, Stichting Vrienden van Paulus en De Kringloper een nieuwe bestemming. Wat zijn je werkzaamheden: • Je controleert tweedehands fietsen op gebreken en veiligheid; • Je voert reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit; • Je monteert en demonteert fietsonderdelen en accessoires; • Je zorgt ervoor dat je werkplek netjes, veilig en georganiseerd blijft; • Je verwerkt de benodigde gegevens in de administratie; • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt stagiaires en deelnemers tijdens hun werkzaamheden.
