Je combineert coachend leiderschap met meewerken op de vloer, zodat je dicht bij je klanten en team blijft. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse flow, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat de winkel er altijd tiptop bij ligt.

- Je stuurt het winkelteam aan en werkt nauw samen met je assistent - Je bouwt aan een open teamsfeer en begeleidt collega’s in hun groei - Je rekruteert nieuwe teamleden en verzorgt een sterke onboarding - Je maakt de personeelsplanning op en past deze flexibel aan - Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking en grijpt snel in bij knelpunten - Je houdt de winkel ordelijk, veilig en verzorgd - Je analyseert verkoopcijfers en stuurt bij om doelen te halen - Je volgt retail- en e-commercetrends op en vertaalt ze naar kansen - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties in de winkel - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en geeft het goede voorbeeld - Je adviseert klanten en zorgt voor een vlotte, positieve beleving - Je blijft zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer en springt bij waar nodig

Je werkt in een doe-het-zelfomgeving met uiteenlopende klanten en projecten. Je krijgt impact op de commerciële richting, ruimte om initiatieven te nemen en korte lijnen met je assistent. Systemen en processen zijn helder, zodat je snel kan schakelen tussen planning, verkoop en coaching. Onze klant biedt een omgeving waar je je winkel kan laten groeien en je team kan laten uitblinken.

- Attesten: Geen specifiek diploma vereist, ervaring is key, ervaring in een leidersfunctie is een sterk pluspunt

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs (vereist). Bachelor denk en werkniveau. Hogere opleiding of ervaring in management is een sterk pluspunt, vooral in retail

- Vakkennis: Ervaring met winkelbeheer, personeelsplanning en verkoopanalyse & beheer

- Talenkennis: Zeer goede kennis Nederlands
