Ben jij een leidinggevende die het liefst midden op de werkvloer staat? Bij Wibra ben je geen manager op afstand, maar een meewerkende leidinggevende. Je werkt dagelijks samen met je team in de winkel en geeft leiding door zelf het goede voorbeeld te geven. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de winkel draait, de schappen gevuld zijn en klanten tevreden de deur uitgaan. Werken bij Wibra is leuk. Je werkt in een klein team, de winkel is altijd in beweging en de werkdruk kan hoog zijn. Dat betekent dat je fysiek bezig bent, snel schakelt en continu het overzicht houdt. Juist die dynamiek maakt het werk afwisselend en geeft het veel energie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de winkel: je coacht je team op de werkvloer, maakt duidelijke planningen en houdt de focus op resultaat en klanttevredenheid. Samen met je team en de regiomanager zorg je ervoor dat alles blijft lopen , ook op de drukke momenten. Een dag als filiaalmanager bij Wibra Je start je dag in de winkel en begint rustig met een kop koffie en het doornemen van de planning voor de dag. Vaak werk je met z'n tweeën of met een klein team, je stemt samen af wat er moet gebeuren en gaat daarna direct aan de slag op de werkvloer. Er is vracht binnengekomen, dus jullie zorgen ervoor dat alles snel en netjes in de winkel ligt. Je stuurt aan terwijl je zelf volop meewerkt, houdt overzicht, verdeelt het werk en zorgt dat de winkel er verzorgd en aantrekkelijk uitziet, ook als het druk is. Tussendoor pak je administratieve taken op, coach je collega's op de werkvloer en werk je aan de ontwikkeling van je team.
