Jij zorgt voor een prettige werksfeer waarin iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Samen met je team bouw je aan het succes van de winkel én draag je bij aan onze missie: Nederland en België beter laten slapen. Wat ga je doen? Elke dag is anders, maar dit kun je zeker verwachten: - Je stuurt en motiveert je team, zodat klanten altijd de beste service krijgen. - Je bent zichtbaar op de winkelvloer en geeft zelf het goede voorbeeld in verkoop en klantadvies. - Je zorgt voor een goede presentatie, een actuele voorraad en een winkel die uitnodigt. - Je bewaakt de verkoopresultaten, KPI's en klanttevredenheid, en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je coacht en ontwikkelt je team: van feedback geven tot successen samen vieren. - Je houdt de administratie en planning op orde en zorgt dat alles soepel loopt.
