MUST HAVES

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen retail.
  • Je beschikt over commerciële vaardigheden waarmee je de verdere ontwikkeling van het filiaal ondersteunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet medewerkers op een duidelijke manier aan te sturen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed.
