Voor een fijn bedrijf in België (gespecialiseerd in telecom), zijn we vandaag op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke voor de winkel in Eeklo.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijkse leiding: Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er altijd aantrekkelijk uitziet en het assortiment up-to-date is.
  • Expert in telecom en technologie: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team bij vragen over diensten en promoties van merken als Telenet, BASE, Eneco, Apple, HP en de nieuwste technologieën zoals robots.
  • Klantgerichtheid: Jij en je team zorgen ervoor dat elke klant met een glimlach de deur uitgaat. Bij eventuele problemen blijf jij rustig en voorkom je escalaties.
  • Team management: Je beheert de werkroosters, opent en sluit de winkel, en stuurt samen met de bedrijfsleider het team aan. Daarnaast begeleid en motiveer je je verkoopteam en zorg je voor een vlotte inwerking van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Verkoopdrive: Je krijgt energie van verkopen en het behalen van commerciële en financiële doelstellingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt minimum over een middelbaar diploma.
  • Heb je minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële omgeving en je hebt zin in meer verantwoordelijkheid? Vink dit puntje dan maar aan!
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol is een plus, maar geen must!
  • Je bent een teamplayer en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (indien je jou moet verplaatsen naar een ander filiaal)
  • Werken op zaterdag, dat is voor jou geen probleem!
