HIERMIT SETZT DU AKZENTE:

* Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung der Filiale unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen

* Tägliche Optimierung unseres Kundenservice, gemeinsam mit Deinem Team

* Sicherstellung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe im Verkauf, an der Kasse und im Lager

* Umsetzung unserer Merchandisingkonzepte

* Eigenständige Auswahl, Führung und Motivation der Filialmitarbeiter_innen

DAMIT KANNST DU GLÄNZEN:

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Führungserfahrung im Retail

* Begeisterung für unser Sortiment sowie Freude an Beratung und Verkauf unserer vielfältigen Produkte

* Interesse an Modetrends und ein gepflegtes, modisches Auftreten

* Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Spaß an der Führung eines Teams, von der Einsatzplanung, über die Motivation bis hin zur Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter_innen
