Zur Verstärkung unsere Teams suchen wir 1 Filialleitung (m/w/d) AUFGABEN

* Öffnen und/oder Schließen sowie Verantwortung für den Tagesablauf

* Führung und Einschulung des Teams, Dienstplanung und Arbeitszeitkontrolle

* Kassenabschluss und Tagesabrechnung

* Bestellungen, Wareneingang, Bestands- und Ablaufdatenkontrolle

* Hygiene- und HACCP-Dokumentation, Reinigung und Betreuung der Maschinen

* Gästebetreuung sowie Einhaltung der Standards des Franchisegebers

ANFORDERUNGEN

* Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Einzelhandel, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil

* Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Systemen, Dienstplan, Checklisten und Kasse laufen über eine App

* Bereitschaft zur Samstagsarbeit

* Verlässlichkeit und Eigenverantwortung

RAHMENBEDINGUNGEN

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden

* Arbeitszeit Montag bis Samstag nach Dienstplan

* Dienstort: PlusCity, Pluskaufstraße 7, 4061 Pasching

ENTLOHNUNG

Mindestentlohnung: EUR 2.300,00 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden).

Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
