Deine zukünftige Berufung bei Thalia:

* Leitungsfunktionen: * Mitarbeiterführung im Sinne eines "Führen im Duo" der Filialleitung und Stellvertretung * Steuerung der täglichen Abläufe in der Buchhandlung * Steuerung der Marketingmaßnahmen und der Warenpräsentation * Sortimentsverantwortung (Sortimentsbildung, -planung und -pflege inkl. Verkaufssteuerung mit Kennzahlen)

Kundenservice: * Du bist ein Vorbild in der Kundenberatung - du berätst unsere Kundschaft gerne und findest für jeden das Passende aus unserem vielfältigen Buch und Non-Book-Sortiment. * Du sorgst dafür, dass Themen und Trends im Geschäft sichtbar werden und setzt mit deinen Mitarbeitenden Aktionen verkaufsfördernd um. * Du unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden sowohl an der Kassa als auch auf der Verkaufsfläche

Verantwortung: * Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung aller Mitarbeiterenden in der Buchhandlung * Verantwortlich für die Lehrausbildung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden * Budget- und Umsatzverantwortung

Als Führungskraft bei Thalia * lebst du deine Leidenschaft für unsere Produkte und überzeugst mit deinem fundierten Buch-Know-how * hast du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und verfügst über Führungserfahrung im kundenorientierten Einzelhandel und bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung aus dem Buchhandel mit * verfügst du über gute EDV Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem - idealerweise SAP * agierst du in deinem täglichen Tun als Vorbild und erreichst gemeinsam mit deinem Team eure Ziele * freust du dich über einen Job mit hoher Kundenorientierung

Während der Übernahme der neuen Rolle als Filialleitung wirst du intern und extern eng begleitet, in dem du an unserem Programm "Fit für Führung" teilnimmst. Du lernst hier alles rund um das Führungsverständnis bei Thalia, kannst individuelle Themen mit einem externen Coach besprechen und wirst vor allem in der Anfangsphase deiner neuen Rolle intensiv von der Personalentwicklung und deiner direkten Führungskraft begleitet.

Für die Position der Filialleitung gibt es ein All-In Gehalt und eine Jahresprämie. Das Gehalt ist abhängig von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Einstiegsgehalt beträgt bei der Filialleitung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung € 2.879,- bis € 3.560,- brutto für Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden).
