Als Finance Assistant in Menen zorg je voor een feilloze administratie: je verwerkt internationale facturen, volgt btw correct op, werkt vlot in het ERP‑systeem en beheert uitgaven en bestelbonnen. Ook facturen rond laadsessies en doorrekeningen neem je nauwkeurig voor je rekening. In ruil krijg je €2800–€4000, 32 verlofdagen, verzekeringen, glijdende uren en groeikansen in een warme KMO.

De functie inhoud Welke taken voer je uit als Finance Assistant in Menen?

  • Je verwerkt internationale aankoopfacturen, controleert prijzen en koppelt alles aan de juiste leveringsdocumenten.
  • Correcte btw‑verwerking verzekeren hoort er ook bij, inclusief het nakijken van de juiste codes.
  • In het ERP‑systeem werk je vlot gegevens bij en ondersteun je de overgang naar MS F&O 365.
  • Mastercard‑uitgaven worden door jou opgevolgd en verwerkt, zodat de administratie altijd klopt.
  • Daarnaast neem je de controle en verwerking van facturen rond laadsessies voor je rekening.
  • Bestelbonnen aanmaken en administratief opvolgen vormt een vaste waarde in je week.
  • Je stelt verkoopfacturen op voor diverse doorrekeningen, waaronder kosten gelinkt aan laadpalen.
