The posting

Als Finance Controller België ben je de financiële rechterhand van de Finance Director. Je waarborgt betrouwbare cijfers en tijdige rapportering, vertaalt financiële informatie naar concrete inzichten en werkt nauw samen met Finance, Operations, Sales, Service en het Management.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Financial Control & Accounting

Coördineren en controleren van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting inclusief balansreconciliaties, resultaat, cashflow en intercompanyposities

Bewaken van Belgische wettelijke, boekhoudkundige en fiscale verplichtingen, in samenwerking met externe accountants en adviseurs.

  • Management Reporting & Business Control Opstellen van managementrapporteringen en analyseren van omzet, marges, kosten, EBITDA, werkkapitaal en cashflow.
  • Verklaren van afwijkingen tegenover budget, forecast en vorig jaar en formuleren van heldere acties en aanbevelingen.

Groepsrapportering aan de moedermaatschappij

Tijdig en correct opleveren van het Group Reporting Pack volgens groepsrichtlijnen en ondersteunen van consolidatie, audits en jaarafsluiting.

Rechterhand van de Finance Director

Ondersteunen van budgetten, forecasts, businesscases en financiële besluitvorming als sparringpartner van de Finance Director en het management.

Processen & verbetering

Verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen, interne controles, KPI-rapportering en datakwaliteit. Continue verbetering is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, accountancy, controlling, handelswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in accounting, financial control of controlling.
  • Sterke kennis van afsluitingen, financiële analyse en managementrapportering; ervaring met groepsrapportering of consolidatie is een plus.Uitstekend Nederlands en professioneel Engels; kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Analytisch en nauwkeurig, maar ook hands-on, proactief, communicatief en businessgericht.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale organisatie is een duidelijk voordeel.
