Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder bij Vallei zorg jij ervoor dat onze systemen collega's echt helpen om hun werk goed te doen. Je luistert naar wat gebruikers nodig hebben, verbindt mensen en techniek en ziet waar processen slimmer kunnen. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan de verdere digitalisering van Vallei. Wat ga je doen? De ene ochtend help je een collega met een vraag over autorisaties of een nieuwe functionaliteit. Daarna overleg je met een softwareleverancier over een openstaande melding. Later op de dag test je een nieuwe release, werk je samen met een key user aan een procesverbetering of ondersteun je bij de implementatie van een nieuw systeem. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze bedrijfsapplicaties en zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers, leveranciers en processen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt je bezig met autorisaties, wijzigingen, leverancierscontacten en gebruikersvragen. Maar je kijkt vooral ook naar wat er beter kan. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol is het bouwen aan een actief netwerk van key users binnen Vallei. Je brengt collega's uit verschillende vestigingen en vakgebieden bij elkaar en organiseert momenten waarop nieuwe functionaliteiten, praktijkervaringen en verbeterideeën worden gedeeld. Zo zorg je ervoor dat kennis niet bij één persoon of team blijft, maar beschikbaar komt voor de hele organisatie. Tegelijkertijd luister je naar wat gebruikers nodig hebben en gebruik je die inzichten om applicaties, processen en de gebruikerservaring verder te verbeteren.
