Als junior manager audit / controleleider ben jij het primaire aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en controleteams. Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het leidinggeven aan de teams, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en coaching van de assistenten. Je werkt daarnaast ook nauw samen met de externe accountant en zorgt voor de uitvoering van de audits bij onze diverse klanten. Zo krijg je een uitgebreid kijkje in de keuken van verschillende bedrijven en werk je met bijvoorbeeld automotive, AI, transport, technologie, mode en dienstverlenende organisaties. Je stelt controleprogramma's en het controleplan samen, en voert de meest complexe controlewerkstappen uit, zoals het verwerken van overnames (PPA) en de verwerking van complexe belastingposities. Je stelt zelfstandig de topmemo's, de volledige rapportage en de concept-management letter op. Ook review je het werk van de assistenten, terwijl je zorgt dat de externe accountant op de hoogte is van de voortgang, zodat deze ook weer tijdig kan reviewen. Tijdens het werk houd je rekening met de planning en het budget van je klanten. Je signaleert risico's, denkt mee over adviesmogelijkheden en past waar nodig de planning aan. Kortom, geen dag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt volop de kans om je vaktechnisch verder te ontwikkelen, terwijl je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan het succes van zowel jouw klanten als je team.
